She worked 3 days for me taking care of my father with no problems. on the fourth day she texted me early in the morning to let me know she had burnt her foot and was going to get care for it. we both agreed that she would be off that day. the next day that she was scheduled to work she did not show up, call or text to say she would not be here. I did text her the day before to confirm and she confirmed she would be there. I had given her a remote to my front gate that she did not return and it has 13 days since she did not show up. I texted, called and messaged her through care.com and so have not had a response.
