She homeschools her oldest using the Waldorf and Charlotte Mason method. Her teaching philosophy is to use nature as a catalyst in learning. She has been performing improv comedy in Charlottesville for the past 8 years and teaches a youth class for that as well.

Heather is a fun loving and relaxed care taker. She always treated my children as though they were her own and made her time with them fun and loving. She was very reliable and made sure the kids completed their homework before play in the afternoons. We miss having her in our home every day and would highly recommend her to any family.
