As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. With 12 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for each child in my care. I am a patient, calm, and creative individual who enjoys engaging with children through various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. I believe in fostering a collaborative partnership with families, ensuring that their needs and preferences are met. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and use their preferred method of communication to provide regular updates about their child's day and address any concerns. Additionally, I am proficient in First Aid and CPR and am comfortable with pets. I have my own transportation and I'm also willing to assist with tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and much more.
