Hello everyone! A little about me, I am an experienced teacher with multiple subject teaching credentials in the state of California and Arizona. In 2021, I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. After working as a kindergarten teacher for the past three years in AZ, I decided to move back home to CA to further my teaching career in this beautiful state. I have experience being a lead elementary educator, previous employment through care. com, day cares, and summer school programs. I am confident in my abilities to work with children from a wide range of ages and abilities. Currently, I am a substitute for local school districts. As for my schedule, I am only available for evening requests during the week and can offer full availability for any weekend requests. Heather is fantastic! We hired her to help 2 first graders with remote learning. Our kids love her! She is fun, patient, and really organized. Remote learning can be challenging to make sure all the assignments are completed but she was able to keep the kids on track but balance it with fun breaks. At the end of the day she even made sure the kids left the "class room" clean and their backpacks packed. I would highly recommend her.
