Heather was a toddler teacher at the facility we worked for. Although she worked with toddlers at the time, I have also experienced Heather with all ages. Her attention to detail and each child's individual needs is put first along with the care, health and safety. She has great communication skills and is very personable when working with the children and the families. The children in her care reach milestones in a faster rate but also a comfortable rate for the child. I would recommend Heather for any nanny position and am confident that she would be a great person to care for families with all needs.
