About Heather

I am a mother of 4 children ranging from 3-16. I have been substituting for sometime now. My main focus has been special needs children more specifically autistic and Down syndrome. My most current job has been caring for autistic men, non verbal. I love children, hence the 4 of my own. I prefer working with special needs and newborns however I am able to care for all. I want to be a service to someone and have a job that matters. I am a very joyful and encouraging person, I like to turn hardship into a learning experience.
