About Paige

Hello there! I'm a seasoned tutor and teacher with a degree in English from Berkeley! As far as my tutoring skills go, I have privately tutored students in everything from math to reading comprehension and essay writing at the elementary through undergraduate levels. I've been tutoring since I was 16, so I am very comfortable with homework help and catering my lessons and approaches to the needs of a particular student. I also assistant taught English as a foreign language abroad for two years and substitute taught in California for one year, so I'm also comfortable with lesson planning and curriculum development. I do have a 9-5, but I've been missing working with students and caregiving, so I'm looking to take on short-term and one-time opportunities in the evenings and weekends. I'm particularly interested in helping students prepare for upcoming tests at school and essay revision guidance. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions!
