About Heather

I'd describe my personality as friendly, fun, and supportive. I like tutoring because I can individualize the assistance that each students requires. I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my teaching skills, educational knowledge, and knowledge of 504 and IEP plans to assist students and parents in their child's educational journey. I started tutoring when I was in high school to family and friends only. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, play games, and create arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is I am a Christian, and I believe that respect for your self and others is essential. My skills include learning a students learning style and using it as an extension to enhance and engage the student in their learning.
