I'm a childcare provider with 2 decades of experience, and I'm passionate about helping children grow and learn. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm patient, calm, as well as creative and imaginative, which allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. As a parent of 3, I understand the importance of open communication so I keep parents updated with photos/videos, and verbal communication about their child's day. I respect and follow parents' guidelines and rules to ensure consistency for the children in my care. I enjoy creating arts/crafts, reading, playing games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning and development with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children, from infants-preteens. I have a college degree and am certified in CPR & First Aid. I'm a former pre-k teacher with experience, skills, and passion for childcare that make me an excellent choice for your family!

Hiring Heather was one of the best parenting decisions I’ve made. Our daughter made so much progress in so many different areas since being in her care. Heather has many amazing qualities, but I especially appreciated her warmth, adaptability, and depth of experience. She has incredible patience and knows how to reach each child in order to ensure their comfort and foster their growth, learning, and independence. At each developmental stage, Heather was always finding new ways to engage our daughter. I was constantly blown away by her creativity and dedication. When we moved out of state, our daughter was almost three. Thanks in great part to Heather, she was fully ready for preschool and transitioned seamlessly - academically and socially. Heather has had such a positive impact on our lives, and we miss her greatly! We are forever grateful for her caring and knowledgeable approach. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
