I have had the privilege of witnessing Heather first hand being a mother to 4 1/2 little boy and is the most joyful, loving, bright, funny individual you may ever have the pleasure of meeting. Heather has also allowed me to "hang out" while watching children for some of the other families she has worked for. I myself had a ball because of this environment Heather had created. Heather has a natural ability to connect with children. In addition to having a knack for the direct interaction with the kids she knows the importance of making the family in which she works with feel comfortable and at peace during their temporary time away from their children. She also understands the importance of not "parenting" the children, but to simply watch over them and keep them happy, and safe! Families with certainty would say they that Heather is a delight to work with and would be the first one to call if needed.
