About Hazel

I've always been passionate about helping children learn and grow because I grew up helping to raise my 3 younger siblings. My previous babysitting and childcare roles only reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I always put the needs of the children in my care first. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, so I provide regular updates on their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, including outdoor activites, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games. I'm also a very creative and art loving person, so I'm always looking to do fun crafts and down to do art. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as well.
