About Hayley

Hello, my name is Hayley! I am a college student at Ohio State University with the time flexibility that you and your family deserve. I have many years of experience with childcare. I am a head counselor for a local non-profit and have been for the past two years. In this job, I have had experience with middle schoolers with different personalities and behavioral issues, I typically tasnport the children in the van to and from service sites, and act as the main supervisor during athletic & learning activities. During Covid-19, I acted as the full time caregiver for my three siblings (ages newborn, 2, and 5). This opportunity had me cleaning, preparing meals, being in charge of learning and mental growth, outdoor activities, and tasks including even potty training. I genuinely adore being around child and I do understand that it is not always easy. But I believe that just by showing understanding and patience in adversity, any situation can be handled professionally and lovingly.
