Hi, I'm Hayley, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself! As the oldest of four siblings, I've always had a natural caregiving role, taking on responsibilities like babysitting, entertaining, and homework help early on. These experiences shaped me into the nurturing, organized, and attentive caregiver I am today. I've extended my passion for childcare to working as a babysitter and nanny for various families, including one where I provided structure and support for a couple managing a busy church. I value the trust parents place in me and work hard to ensure children feel safe, supported, and cherished. Currently pursuing a nursing degree, I've gained skills like effective communication, first aid knowledge, and staying calm in challenging situations. These enhance my ability to provide secure and reliable care. I've worked with kids of all ages, engaging them in creative and educational activities while maintaining structure tailored to each family's style.
