About Hayley

As a childcare provider with about three years of experience, I'm passionate about caring for children and making a positive impact on their lives. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through texts or phone calls, depending on their preference. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. I'm excited to share my passion and connect with you and your family. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I've taken Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework.
