About Hayley

As a dedicated childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I find immense joy in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My passion stems from starting at the young age of 10 when I babysat the neighborhood kids where I grew up in the mountains. All the kids I've ever nannied for have a spot in my heart and I still keep in touch with the families. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience and creativity. Instead of putting a tablet in their hands, I create games to challenge them. I ensure there is open communication with the parents so I know exactly how they want their house run and their children taken care of - especially when it comes to nutrition and screen time. My goal is to create a harmonious and consistent environment for the child/ren that the family is comfortable with so they can be at ease leaving their children while they work and get stuff done :)
