About Hayley

I have been babysitting since 2014, and I have over 2 years of experience working as a preschool/childcare teacher. I've also worked as a children's theatre stage manager with ages 6-14, a tutor with elementary schoolers, and a summer camp educator with ages 5-8. I have current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, as well as several others, including safe sleep and food handler. I have babysat for over a dozen families and between that and my workplace experience, have cared for children of every age between infancy and 11 years old. I also have 170 hours of accumulated continuing early childhood education approved by the WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families. My philosophy as a caregiver is to be warm, kind, and fun, while still setting limits. I like to discuss house rules in detail with families so that I can maintain consistency for your children. I believe kids like spending time with me because they can sense that I genuinely like them.
