About Hayley

Hi! My name is Hayley!! I find immense joy in caring for children and supporting families. My passion for working with children stems from my previous work with children with disabilities, where I discovered my ability to create a positive impact on their lives. I worked with children one on one in their homes, I worked at a summer camp for children and teens with special needs. I also babysit my niece frequently who is almost 3. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development. My patient, calm, and friendly personality allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that may arise, using their preferred method of communication. I am comfortable with enforcing house rules, but won't forget to bring the fun with a variety of activities to keep your kiddo(s) interested!
