Hello! I'm a creative, optimistic, energetic, and responsible individual with 17 years of experience caring and supporting for a wide range of children. I've done childcare during the day and overnight, tutoring, worked at an after school program, summer camps, an outdoor farm and ranch for students, spent 2 years abroad where I was a program coordinator for an outdoor education company in Hong Kong that worked with international schools, taught English in Nepal and Chile, and I've taught waste reduction classes in virtually and in-person. I love spending time hiking in the outdoors as well as yoga and dancing. I'm passionate about taking care of our environment and sharing the joy of nature with children.

Hayley was a dream-come-true for our family during the pandemic. She supported our children with enriching art activities, outdoor adventures, theatre and dance productions, cooking and baking, play with our animals and chickens, and so much more! She also helped with homework, school projects, and reading. Hayley is unfailingly optimistic, energetic, engaged, encouraging, and kind. She is mature, professional, highly skilled, creative, and intelligent. Her care in our family enriched my children's lives so much. We also trusted her with house and pet sitting, and she did a wonderful job with those tasks as well. She has my highest recommendation!
