About Haylee

My name is Haylee R. Growing up where my mother ran a home daycare, I learned the importance of empathy, patience, and emotional support from early on. This foundation was further strengthened by my role in raising my three younger brothers, where I developed skills in communication, responsibility, and conflict resolution. Currently, I am pursuing a double major in Psychology and Intelligence & Homeland Security at The Citadel, where I am refining my understanding of human behavior and social dynamics. My academic and professional experiences, including my role as a Youth Female Residential Counselor have equipped me with the tools to create safe, supportive environments for those in need. My experience has taught me the value of building connections and fostering a sense of belonging for children. I thrive in high-pressure situations, always prioritizing the safety and comfort of those around me.
