About Haylee

Due to my background of being a teacher, I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages. Growing up I babysat for families in my small town of Beaverton. I worked for one family specifically, for date nights for about four years, until their children were old enough to take care of themselves. During my time with this family, I took their children to the park, drove them places, sang karaoke with them, and spent a lot of time outdoors during the summer. I also did some light house work as well, such as doing dishes, laundry, and vacuuming. I enjoy going on walks and runs, as well as riding bikes and swimming. My favorite thing to do is read, especially to young children. I volunteered for a program through SVSU called the READ program, and I enjoyed that a lot because I was able to help young children read books and advance their reading skills. I really enjoy working with young children and watching them grow as an individual.
