About Hayden

I'd describe my personality as caring, motivated, empathetic. I like working with kids because kids are who we are passing our future over to and it's important that we raise awesome little humans. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be myself, trust me, and has faith in me as an employee I started working with kids when I was really young by babysitting siblings, I worked crisis floors with kids as I got my degree. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, travel. One thing you should know about me is I am very punctual, and though I am a man, I can be just as kind and gentle as a female. I am a person you can trust with your children. My skills include de-escalating, positive reinforcement, adhering to a routine, healthy cooking!
