About Hayden

As a caregiver, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love to encourage screen-free play. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages. I follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I've completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework. I also have expierence with children with a variety of medical needs such as respiratory therapy, NG tube feeding, seizure and allergy emergency plans, and implementing activities suggested by the child's PT/OT team in order to help them thrive. I'm always seeking opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge in early child development.
