About Haven

Hi, I'm Haven! I'm a UVA student studying behavioral neuroscience and plan to become a children's therapist. I've been babysitting for 5 years and helped raise my two younger siblings, which gave me hands-on experience early on. I've also volunteered at local elementary schools, helping with classroom activities and tutoring. I am certified in Baby & Child CPR. I'm available full time during the summer starting May 5th, 2025! I'd describe my personality as kind, bubbly, and dependable. I like working with kids because I genuinely enjoy supporting them and watching them grow. I'm looking for a job that's consistent, hands-on, and allows me to build real connections with both kids and their families. In my spare time, I like going on walks and trying new foods. One thing you should know about me is I truly care about the kids I work with. My skills include caring for multiple kids at once, creating fun learning environments, and being patient.
