I've 13 years of childcare experience, and I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly individual, I easily build rapport with children and foster a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either through written daily reports or text/phone calls. I respect the parents' lead and follow their preferred communication method. My approach to enforcing household rules is collaborative and respectful. I work with the children to understand the reasons behind the rules and encourage positive behavior. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning and development. I have some high school education and am fluent in both Arabic and English. I have a valid driver's license and can provide transportation if needed.
