As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families in need of reliable childcare. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect effortlessly with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I follow their preferred communication method to ensure any concerns or updates about their child's day are promptly addressed. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' wishes, as I believe in respecting their parenting style and values. My educational background includes a BA in elementary education complemented by training as a doula.
