My journey in caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles in family and neighbors, which solidified my love for supporting families. With my patient, creative, and approachable nature, I strive to build strong relationships with both children and parents. Open communication is key, so I provide regular updates and follow preferred communication methods to ensure parents are always informed. I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My educational background includes some college( currently in college). When it comes to enforcing household rules, I maintain a gentle yet firm approach, ensuring a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
