About Hannah

I started my career in nursing in England in 2012. I started as a carer in my local community and progressed to working as a nurses assistant in a hospital. I worked in adult wards specializing in many disciplines including stroke units, oncology, care of the elderly, cardiology and an acute respiratory ward. I adored my work and making a real difference to peoples lives. I was delighted to be offered a place at The University of Essex to complete a M. Sc. in Adult Nursing. I thoroughly enjoyed working on many wards and caring for many people with acute and chronic needs. I also had the opportunity to work in a secure mental health facility, so have experienced in helping people live well with dementia. I moved to the USA in 2018, and although my nursing registration wasn't transferable, my skills and compassionate nature is. I am eager to work with and care for Adults.
