She is definitely apart of the family now. We hired her to originally babysit our two toddlers 11months and 22month old) while we attended a wedding ceremony, but then plans changed and we wanted her to come with us to the ceremony and she was able to adapt with no issues. Her communication, patience, gentleness is what any parent looks for in a nanny/babysitter. My wife and I both agree she will be our first call when needing her service, and it's a plus that our shyest don't want her to leave
