About Hannah

I am an elementary school teacher with a background in curriculum development, social justice, and special ed. My undergrad degrees were in Sociology and Anthropology, with a concentration in teaching English, with a Masters in Waldorf Education and Sustainable Textile Design. I am comfortable with giving medication to animals, and have a background in working with animals rescued from abuse/neglect. My goal is to love on your pet while you're away! I offer boarding, and require a 3 day minimum stay so that they can settle in. I have worked with children from infancy through adolescence and enjoy seeing children grow and discover the world around them through creativity, nature, and hands-on learning. I have been a teacher for 8 years internationally, and in the US. Mutual respect, graciousness, and patience are at the core of who I am. I strive to create a warm, consistent, and nurturing environment for the children I work with.
