In my opinion, this person is unreliable & just wants to waste your time! It is very RUDE to stop communicating and ignore families looking for senior care then block them for NO reason! Shows that she does NOT truly care! Please be more understanding & kind as well as find some manners! We would NEVER hire someone like this in our home!
