Hi all, I am Hannah, a certified Early Childhood and Elementary teacher. I graduated from Utah State University in 2021, then got my first teaching job in Arizona that same year. I taught 3rd grade for two years and learned a lot. I loved having my own classroom, watching my students grow, and learning how to help them succeed their goals. I love taking care of children and getting to know them. I hope to create activities they can learn from and have fun with. I would like to spend a good amount of time outside exploring and finding new discoveries with them. My previous work experiences include working at two preschools, teaching children how to swim and ski, teaching reading skills to elementary students, nannied a 4-month-old, and a costumer service job at the Boise Hawks. Hannah has taken care of our two kids on many occasions as a recurring nanny/sitter while we live in Boise for the summer. She is really exceptional and the boys love her! From the moment she arrived on the first day, she engaged them with warmth and enthusiasm and they opened up to her quickly. Our 3 year old was especially shy but she made him feel so comfortable and safe. She demonstrates great patience and kindness, always attentive to their needs and we felt completely confident leaving our kids in her care. What truly sets Hannah apart is her ability to incorporate her skills as a teacher into their playtime. She creatively integrated educational concepts that were both fun and enriching, making learning a natural part of their experience. She also took them on fun excursions to the zoo, children’s museum and parks.
