About Hannah

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, genuine, and energetic. My skills include tips and tricks I have gained along the 2 years I have been tutoring students from kindergarten to 8th grade. I also think one of my most important skills is being easy to get along with and easy going, which makes me an easy person to learn from. When children don't like who is teaching them, they do not want to learn. So, I focus a little bit on creating relationships with my students when I tutor them. I use a spinning wheel game that asks an interactive question, and I have everyone go around in a circle answering their response to the question. Then, we start our tutoring lesson. Doing even the smallest activities like this, or even just going the extra mile to ask every students how they are doing today, makes a huge difference in learning in children.
