Several years of experience with cats, exotics, and ALL breeds of dogs, specific specialty in herding, hounds and giant breeds. 7+ years experience as a Veterinary Nurse in a clinical setting including dog and cat behavioral training, nutritional consultant and all medical/surgical aspects of care + grooming. Obedience training. Trained personal dogs to pass certification and participated in the Therapy Dog International program. Assisted in evaluation of TDI certifications. Own and managed med. sized farm which included training and care for Livestock Guardian Dogs. Many years of experience training and caring for at risk mothers and puppies from pregnancy, whelping to weaning to adoption with respected 501C rescue. Owned and operated a Sheep farm for 16 years. Experience with sheep, goats, horses, chickens etc.
