About Hannah

I'd describe my personality as kind, attentive, and calm. I like working with kids because I believe it's an opportunity to "sew" into their lives. I know firsthand the positive impact a good influence can have on a kid. In general, I love helping people and doing what I can to make someone's day better! I started working with kids when I was a teenager-I grew up dancing and was a teacher's assistant. After I graduated, I taught my own classes and found so much joy in teaching! I also babysat for friends family as needed. More recently, my husband and I were youth group directors at our church and loved working with teens. In my spare time, I like to do anything artsy; painting, singing, crafting, dancing... etc! I also really love learning! If I have a lot of free time, I love the occasional Gilmore Girls binge! My skills include tutoring, communication, and keeping a level head in high-stress situations.
