I'm a caregiver driven by a passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment. With a year of experience and early childhood development coursework, being a preschool & middle school camp counselor, and being a preschool teachers assistant I'm dedicated to supporting families and ensuring children's safety and happiness. I maintain open communication with parents, providing daily written reports and using their preferred communication method to address any concerns or share their child's daily progress. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the child. My favorite activities with children include outdoor games, educational games, and arts and crafts. I look forward to learning about you, your child, and your needs!
