As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. With two years of experience and some graduate school under my belt, I've discovered my knack for fostering a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them informed about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I also follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle but firm manner. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's well-being. I love playing games with children, both educational and recreational. We can enjoy outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, or educational games that promote learning.
