I have 5 years of experience working with elderly in senior care. I am a certified HCA, with certifications in mental health, dementia/Alzheimer's, diabetes and nurse delegation. I make sure to pay close attention to detail when it comes to preparing and following a treatment plan for an individual so that his/her needs are sure to be met. I'm passionate about caring for people and making the most of their lives by helping in any way I can. I can assist with meal prep, household chores, recording vitals, transportation and companionship. I've also been a nanny/babysitter for the last two years, but I'm very experienced in childcare! Hannah is a kind and gentle soul with a passion for others. She brings a great energy into any room she walks into and instantly makes people feel comfortable and seen.
