It pains me to write a negative review of Hannah. We had Hannah working as our nanny for three months and, over that time, we all fell in love with her, particularly our 15-month son. Every day while I was working from home, I would hear them running around--Hannah could elicit the biggest belly laugh from him! The reason for my negative review is because Hannah texted the Friday after Thanksgiving with her family in Utah saying that she was not going to return to San Diego, where she worked for us, on Monday. I am shocked she would quit a job of this nature via brief text. It shows incredible immaturity and lack of respect. Hannah formed a real relationship with our child and her disappearance without conversation or notice (despite our contract) was completely unprofessional and shows a true lapse in judgment and character. She left us completely high and dry.
