As a dedicated childcare provider with over 5 years of experience, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development. My experience comes from previous babysitting roles, as well as being an infant/toddler teacher at Stepping Stone School for two years. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. My patient and calm personality allows me to create a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in fostering creativity and imagination, making learning an enjoyable experience. I employ a variety of games, including educational board games and puzzles, to promote cognitive development. I maintain open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and regular updates. Or whatever the parent prefers! My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' preferences, ensuring consistency for the children.
