I really enjoy interacting with children. I was babysitting before I even knew it was an actual job. Every kid is unique and special, and I love discovering each child's unique personality and how they see the world. I don't act like a typical caregiver in terms of being like a parent or an authority figure. Because I like to get to know the child from their point of view, I am more like a big sister who they respect because of who I am and not because of me being the "official caregiver".

We love Hannah, and our son adores her. She is sweet, loving, and meets him on his level. She is trustworthy and honest, and the only issue we had was in the beginning, when she didn't seem very sure of herself. She explained that she gets very anxious in new situations, but after she's settled in, she is competent and responsible. Glad we found her! She's a hidden gem who isn't in this for the money and doesn't view it as just a job.
