I grew up watching my younger brothers at a young age. I started actually babysitting at around 10 years old. I watched kids from newborn till about 6th grade. I took child development classes in high school and some in college. I had an internship at Dunlap Elementary my senior year of high school and worked along side a teacher planning activities for her classes and teaching through lesson plans. I currently work at Patterson Elementary School as an after school child care provider. I have a class of TK kids and Kindergarteners(4-6 years old) my job is to keep them occupied. We often do a lot of crafts, whether it's just plain fun or is something academic.
