As a mother of an elementary age child with ASD I'm passionate about providing exceptional care and support to children. I am a certified Registered behavior technician and have training in CPR and first aid. I have worked as an athletics director and primary assistant teacher at a Montessori school. I have a solid background in creating sensory-friendly environments, developing personalized schedules, and implementing effective communication strategies that help children thrive. I am committed to fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere where every child can explore their potential. My patience, empathy, and keen ability to listen enable me to build strong, trust-based relationships with the children I care for. I believe in naturalistic learning and development, incorporating fun and creativity into daily routines.
