I'm dedicated to open communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to ensure we're on the same page about their child's well-being. I firmly believe that children thrive in consistent environments, so I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. My goal is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
