About Halo

Hello! My name is Halo. As a teenager, I babysat for several families with 1-3 kids. In my earlier college years, I babysat consistently for 2 families - 1 family had 2 kids, ages of 1 and 3, and the other had 3 kids of about 4, 7, and 10. These jobs often included cooking meals, playing with the kids, taking them on walks, telling stories, and putting them in bed for naps or for the night. I since moved to finally finish my BA in Social Work, and I just graduated this spring semester! As part of finishing school, I interned with the Las Cruces Public School's attendance office. My husband and I got married about a year and a half ago. He's also a student. We met on a campus ministry team, and then he followed me to Cruces! We are yet to be parents ourself, but we're hopeful that we will be someday! I have an easy-going, empathetic personality. I don't have a ton of friends, but the few that I do are very important and close to me. Family is also very important to me.
