About Hallie

Hi! I'm Hallie. l am an innovative, growth-based English tutor. My experience as an elementary school substitute teacher and instructional assistant has greatly influenced my teaching style, which reflects my colorful, bubbly personality! I believe every child is capable of falling in love with learning, so I approach academics with a sense of enthusiasm my students find contagious. I love implimenting fun projects and engaging learning materials to promote a sense of excitement surrounding education. This helps my kiddos to zip through their assignments with efficiency and growing confidence. In my personal life I enjoy writing YA and childrens' books, studying child psychology, and learning languages. l am conversational in American Sign Language and Spanish. I am also CPR certified.
