About Hali

I began caring for children as a teenager when I was tasked with watching my 7-year-old kid sister after school and on weekends. From there, I transitioned to routine babysitting for families in the neighborhood. After working in retail for a time, I returned to child care, 7 years ago. I started watching a 6-month-old that lasted 3 years. For almost a year now I've been working as a full-time nanny (which will be ending shortly) I started nannying for two little girls 5 months and 2 years old, and now they are moving out of the area. I have extensive experience with bottle-feeding and diaper changing in the younger stages, and with meal preparation and potty training for toddlers. I love reading to the children, helping them perfect their alphabet, and numbers, shapes, and colors through Montessori activities, I take them on daily excursions to the library, local parks, and the zoo. And on rainy days or extremely hot days, I keep them busy with crafts and other indoor activities.
