Childcare and family support are skills passed down generationally by my family. I began doing childcare professionally at 18 years old and realized my calling in life. My passion lies in fostering children's growth and development, particularly through creative arts and focusing on your little one's special interests. Patience, creativity, and approachability are my strong suits. I strive to go above and beyond basic care and develop plans with parents that create channels of communication for both them and their children. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks. I have experience with working with families from all walks of life. I will approach our relationship with a nonjudgmental lens and check in with you regularly. I have extensive experience with children on the autism spectrum. I am currently in a full spectrum doula program, with plans to attend nursing school to attain my CNM license. Hope to hear from you soon!

Haley is the best babysitter we've ever had. After the birth of our third child, it quickly became obvious that Grandma was overwhelmed by the task of watching all three kids at the same time and that's when Haley swooped in to save the day. Haley is confident & perceptive enough to respond to the needs of an infant, and also cool & respectful enough to engage our older children. She never condescended to them & they loved being in her presence. I never had to worry if our kids' needs were being met while they were left with Haley, and I knew that they were happy & having fun, too. I can still see her bottle feeding our youngest while talking about music & comic books with our big kids. We're so grateful for the time that our family was in Haley's care & we now consider her a part of our family. Cannot recommend her enough!
