Haley reached out about a job I had posted, then read messages but didn't reply. this is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am an incredibly busy woman, wasting my time is not appreciated. If someone is not interested in a job, then they should have the decency to send a quick message saying they've changed their mind and no longer interested.
