About Haley

As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with 17 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. With a graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, I am currently working as a behavior therapist with children with ASD. I have been working with kids for the past 5 years in the field of ABA and I have the knowledge and skills to support children's social, emotional, and intellectual development. My calm and patient demeanor creates a positive atmosphere for children to learn and grow. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to provide regular updates about their child's day. While I respect and follow the household rules set by the parents. My First Aid and CPR training, along with my experience, ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks.
