Hi! My name is Haley and I'm a nursing student at Florida State University, graduating in December 2024, with a passion for caregiving. With over seven years of childcare experience, I've developed a nurturing and patient approach to caring for children. I believe in open communication with parents and maintaining a consistent, positive environment for kids. I've been babysitting/nannying since I was 13, however my nursing studies have especially taught me the importance of empathy, teamwork, and patient-centered care, which I carry into all my caregiving roles. I'm excited to continue learning and growing while making a positive impact in both healthcare and childcare. I am also currently working on the mother-baby unit at TMH for my 180 hour nursing internship and have a lot of professional experience with newborns.
